Information We Access

Schedulator requires access to your Google Calendar to create, modify, and manage events on your behalf. Additionally, we offer the option to access Google Contacts on a read-only basis to streamline event creation using contact details.

We do not store or retain any of your personal information or calendar/contacts data. The information we access is used solely to provide the functionality of the app (event creation and management).

Data Storage and Use

• No Data Storage: We do not store, share, or retain any information from your Google Calendar or Google Contacts beyond the immediate action needed to create calendar events.
• Local Use Only: Any data required for event creation is processed locally and immediately deleted after the event is created.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties.

Use of Google Workspace APIs

We confirm that Schedulator does not use Google Workspace APIs, including Google Calendar and Google Contacts, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning (ML) models. All data accessed through these APIs is solely used to provide the core functionality of the app and is not used for any AI or ML training purposes.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information while it's being processed. However, as with any digital service, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and your continued use of the app after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
